Around the school’s kitchen and dining room we gather and cook. Anyone can join! You will be challenged from where you stand and your compassion and interest will be the momentum of the product you end up with. We also work outside under the open sky and collaborate with The Ecology Garden, where the facilities are excellent for outdoor cooking.
Food is an endless challenge, and we make both classic dishes from the world kitchen, but challenge with experiments on everything whether it is taste, decoration or the consistency.
Health is an important part of the profession. No rigid dietary directions, but you will also be taught common sense and the distribution of nutritious food.
