Analogue Photography

ANALOGUE PHOTOGRAPHY IS A THEME-SUBJECT!

The Folk High School offers a whole week filled with the smell of vinegar and the excitement when the photograph is slowly developed in the darkroom. When working with analogue photographies you learn to find the right light – you learn how a photograph really works.

To take an analogue photography is not easy – it takes patience, technical knowhow and creativity. This subject teaches you the craft of photography from scratch, and you will find that as soon as you master the technicalities a whole new world of creativity opens!

The subject is part of our School of Art. Here you can delve into drawing, painting, collography, and much, much more! Here are some examples of what former students have have created.

A Theme- Subject differs from other subjects in that it you have it for an entire week. A semester at Odder Folk High School consists of three module, in which you have classes according to a weekly schedule. Every time a module ends we have a Theme-Week, a week where you choose one subject to delve into before the next module begins.
