The eldest buildings of the school originates from 1889. Throughout the years these buildings have been modernized and extended, and during recent years, we have – among other things – build a new student wing, a music studio and renovated and extended our design facilities.
The school is situated in the town of Odder surrounded by a closed off park with a beautiful garden. The school is close to both beaches, woods and Aarhus nearby.
We have our own sports centre, beach volley court, shelters, fitness facilities and a wide range of classrooms. What the workshops have in common is that they are free to use for students after classes.
Odder Hojskole has four different student halls with rooms of different types. The main part of the rooms have got toilet and bath facilities. You can see pictures from the different halls and rooms below.
The 300-hall is Odder Hojskole’s newest student wing. It was finalized in 2013 and has got 16 light and spacious double rooms, which all have their own shower and toilet. In addition to this, it has got a light, shared living room with exit to a terrace and a football field.
The 100 & 200 halls are two identical halls running parallel with one another. Every hall contains 13 double rooms and 2 single rooms, all rooms with own toilet and shower. They have shared tea kitchens and livings rooms plus an exit to a terrace.
The 50 hall is an older student wing on the first floor filled with the essence of coziness. The hall contains 6 double rooms and 1 single room. The rooms all have a shower and a sink and shared toilets on the first floor as well. The student wing has French windows and a cozy living room with TV and a tea kitchen.
