Walking & Wellness

Every day we hike in the forest or by the beach in beautiful surroundings. You get plenty of fresh air and movement – and ample opportunity to enjoy many kinds of nature. There are half-day trips, but also long trips with lunch package. We alternate between walk and talk and the option of walking in silence, and there will also be plenty of time to just wander, as you yourself need.

When we are not hiking, you get wellness and well-being for you and your body, e.g.:

  • stretch and gentle relaxation
  • everything good for your feet
  • yoga and guided meditation
  • ideas for good sleep
  • body awareness exercises
  • a Winter swim or a Summer dip depending on the season

Welcome to a week with a lot of what you might often miss, but not always get to do!
