You will learn how to swim – better. We will go through all four disciplines; breaststroke, backstroke, crawl and butterfly, and you will get tips and tricks as to how you can improve your technique. You will learn how to swim short programs and you will also learn how to make these yourself so that you will get more out of your training than just swimming regular lanes. And then swimming is good exercise, and it will be a wonderful beginning of the day. If anyone is interested in a life-saving course, this will also be a possibility.
