We examine how food and stimulants affect our well-being, and we analyze habits and patterns that often control our view of the body and the way we treat it.
You will get the opportunity to eat differently than you are used to in order for you to renew your view of food and obtain more healthy habits. Through body exercises, massage and acupressure we loosen up tensions and cleanse the body.
We meditate and take walks in nature so that you and your body will get nutrition, joy and care.
