We do gentle body exercises that stretch, flex, strengthen and relax your entire body. Yoga provides calm, well-being, and immersion. It improves your posture and gives you healthier breathing. You will strengthen your ability for concentration, endurance, and balance as well as your ability to be present.

Each class begins and ends with a piece of quiet music to meditate or relax to.
